This spacious contemporary villa is located in an elevated position on the south-western side of Lake Garda, between Desenzano (15 kms) and Salo (5 kms). It stands behind the ancient village of San Felice del Benaco in a leafy and exclusive hillside development which enjoys outstanding views right across the lake to the snowcapped mountains of the southern Alps.

All rooms are generously proportioned and there is all the cupboard space you might need. From the terrace you enter the ground floor living/dining room through large, sliding double-glazed doors. There is a dining table for 16 in attractive green-washed wood. There are sofas around the fireplace, TV, satellite TV, and home theatre for your DVDs and CDs. The open staircase leads to an upstairs gallery where there is further comfortable seating. Here there is an ADSL internet connection.

All the lakeside towns, from Desenzano in the south to Riva in the north are very attractive and have many points of historic, cultural or scenic interest. You can enjoy a stroll along the promenade and a cappuccino outside a sunny lakeside café almost anywhere. There are many restaurants boasting lake fish and traditional local cuisine as well as pizza and ice cream. Most towns are served by summer boat services, or you can hire your own motorboat. There is also sailing, diving and windsurfing.
